WORK PROCESS

1.Your Idea & Your Concept

Our custom made jewelry production starts with your ideas. We need your sketch, picture or even just a description. Get free consultation from our jewelry experts. We will help you decide on material, Stones and the design details based on your target budget.

2.Get your Design

Our design team will work on your ideas and you will be provided a CAD simulation (Computer Aided Design). This way, you will have the chance to approve all the details before it is sent for production.

3.Production

Once your design is confirmed, your item will be handcrafted at our atelier. Then, you will receive a photo of the final design/product. Upon your approval, the item will be prepared for shipment.

4.Shipping

Your custom made design is shipped with Complimentary Express Shipping. UK, EU and USA shipments take 1-3 Business days to deliver. Shipments to the rest of the world may take up to 5 Business Days to be delivered.
