How does Atolyestone ship?

At Atolyestone, each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 3–10 business days from the date of purchase. Dispatch times depend on whether your piece is crafted as a personalised creation or selected from our ready-to-ship collection.

How long does it typically take to receive an order?

Following dispatch, delivery is typically completed within 1–6 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to customs clearance procedures and local import regulations. As these processes are administered by national authorities, Atolyestone is unable to assume responsibility for any resulting delays.

What methods of payment does Atolyestone accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and we accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and direct bank transfer. Flexible installment payments are available through Shop Pay and Klarna in eligible regions and currencies.

Do your prices include taxes?

All prices are VAT included. However, customs duty payments are not covered. When you order, you will be responsible for paying import duties.

What is your refund policy?

Atolyestone will refund merchandise within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is not personalized, is still in its original packaging and there are no signs of use or misuse. Eligible returns must be sent via registered mail. We will refund you the all amount you paid for the order, .
