Unfortunately this bracelet wouldn't fit over my partners hand so it isn't one size fits all at all. The bracelet is pretty and nice to look at but very thin and small and for a girls hand, not for a grown man. It is handmade and thin so looks more like a £20 bracelet than a £100 bracelet. The packaging is beautifully gift wrapped though which brings it up a grade and makes it look more expensive which is good if it's a gift. The customer service however was poor unfortunately. I had instant replies from Linda online however it took me constant chasing up through the chat online for customer service to reply to my emails. Refund and return finally complete but won't be ordering again given the experience.
