I ordered a bracelet specially made with white diamonds, and the customer service was great - until I received the bracelet and realized that due to a communication error, the bracelet was wrong. We had gone over all the specs via email, but they had forgot to tell me that apart from the gold or silver metal in the clasp itself, it would also get a gold or silver plating. Because they only asked me for the first kind of metal, I didn’t get to choose the plating - which unfortunately was made in the wrong one for me. When this was discovered, all communication ceased. Any attempt on my part to try to solve the problem, e.g. pay for having it replated, has so far been met with silence. So now I have an expensive bracelet that I can't use.
