1- The company refused to exchange my order due to high customs fees, even though their website claims that they do exchanges. 2- The company does not respect customer rights. They refunded my return in Pounds, which did not match my original purchase price in Euros, they refunded me 12 euro less . According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the goods are faulty or not as described. The refund amount should match the original purchase price, regardless of currency conversions. 3- The company processed my return 20 days after receiving my order, which is not in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The company is not fair when it comes to customer rights. I will not make any more purchases from this company and do not recommend this company to anyone due to my disregarded rights.
